This is my first time with honesty of comfort solutions. I use them on the recommendation, and I was very pleased with their work. They cleaned our unit and it made all the difference.

Now, after using them for several years, I’m still very pleased.

We have called Orlando for two issues with our system--over the summer for our AC and this winter for our heater. He has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent. In scheduling he responds quickly and is always early or on-time. When diagnosing the problem he fully explains and shows you what the issue is and is transparent about all pricing estimates. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure that you understand and feel comfortable with his work. Also, when he finished, he made sure that the area was completely cleaned.

Incredible!! If you're not choosing Orlando and his company Honest Abe you are missing out. He is knowledgeable, honest and willing to be transparent.
