Five stars for Mr. Orlando he was on time, diagnosed the problem in mins, came and went over my options, once we agreed on what’s best he went to work and knocked it out in less than an hour. Had a unit go out. Refrigerant was low unit was 21 years old so time to replace. Called two places for quotes. Honest Abe was the best price. Outstanding service from start to finish! Jason and Marissa were incredibly helpful with scheduling my drain line service. Then, Phillip was fantastic – super professional and incredibly thorough. He even took the extra step to check my outdoor unit, which I really appreciated. On top of that, Phillip provided excellent tips I can handle on my own to keep up with maintenance. Went above and far beyond 'call of duty'.  Very appreciative not only taking care of details but explaining clearly and treating me like a person instead of just the next in line.  Will not only use again but have already begun telling neighbors. They also corrected mistakes from prior installation.  Hats off to Orlando, Charley and Orlando for making sure the system would now work properly and efficiently. Would HIGHLY recommend Honest Abe for ALL your HVAC concerns.  They are reasonable, honest and hard workers and did not waste time getting work done.  Very thorough and friendly.  In my opinion, there could be no better choice for work needed on HVAC, especially here in Texas where the summer heat can be brutal. They also stand behind their work.
